&lt;p&gt;An incident Sunday afternoon involving a woman and young child resulted in a night in jail for a Watertown man Tuesday night.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Aaron Wayne Cole&lt;/span&gt;, 37, of 145 N. Pleasant Street, apt 3 was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Harassment 2nd Degree&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Endangering the Welfare of a Child &lt;/span&gt;when he turned himself in to Watertown police.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The arrest followed an investigation into a complaint from Sonya Sparacino of Watertown alleging a threat by Cole in the presence of her 4-year-old daughter at 1300 Huntington Street.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cole was held pending arraignment in City of Watertown Court this morning.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

      <title>Clayton man facing DWI, bad check charges</title>

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;p&gt;A couple of bad checks, written early in the year, compounded the problems facing a Clayton man when he was stopped for suspected drunk driving early Tuesday.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Stephen E. Frazier&lt;/span&gt;, 41, of&amp;nbsp; 617 Apt C Union Street, Clayton was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;DWI&lt;/span&gt; and other traffic violations when he was stopped by State Police for failing to stop at a Stop sign at Shimel Road and State Route 411 in the Town of Orleans at 10:55p.m. Monday.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Troopers turned Frazier over to the City of Watertown Police Department after a records check revealed he was wanted on two arrest warrants, each charging &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Issuing a Bad Check&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;One check was written to The General Store on Bradley Street, Watertown on February 15th in the amount of $10.30. The second check was written at the P &amp;amp; C supermarket in Stateway Plaza, Watertown on March 1st in the amount of $16.69.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Frazier was held at the PSB. Following arraignment in Watertown City Court this morning, he was released on his own recognizance pending further court action on January 7th.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;p&gt;A man police say was impaired by alcohol was arrested at his Watertown home Sunday evening when police were called to a domestic incident.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Kevin Scott Woodward&lt;/span&gt;, 36, of 731 State Street was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Endangering the Welfare of a Chil&lt;/span&gt;d and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Harassment 2nd Degree&lt;/span&gt; at 8:30 p.m.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Prior to his arrest, according to investigators, Woodward had been involved in a dispute with Christina M. Woodward in their apartment with their two children, ages 3 and 9, nearby.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mr. Woodward is accused of grabbing Christina by the hair and throwing her on to a bed, upsetting the two young girls.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Woodward was transported to the PSB and held pending arraignment in City of Watertown Court this morning.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A check of records by city police revealed an active bench warrant from the city of Auburn for Woodward’s arrest but Auburn officials declined extradition.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Two Watertown women were taken into custody early Sunday after they were spotted in a stolen car. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The driver, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Bridget Nicole Yoas&lt;/span&gt;, 20, and a passenger, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Katina Marie LaBarge&lt;/span&gt;, 35, both of 320 Winslow Street, apt 3 were arrested at the Nice &amp;amp; Easy store on Factory Street, Watertown at about 2:40 a.m. Sunday.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The women were each charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree&lt;/span&gt; when a police officer observed them in a 1996 Volkswagon Cabriolet, valued at $3000. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Shalaina M. Rotella of S. Pleasant Street had reported the car stolen on Saturday.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Following processing at the PSB, Yoas and Labarge were released with appearance tickets for City of Watertown Court on November 25th.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A Watertown woman, previously in trouble with the law on at least two occasions, was arrested once again Wednesday morning at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building when she turned herself in to city police to face charges related to an incident in September.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Tiffany Annmarie Bouyer&lt;/span&gt;, 22, of 651 Olive Street, apt 4 was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;False Statement &lt;/span&gt;and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;False Report of an Incident 3rd Degree &lt;/span&gt;following an investigation into her statements to police on September 19th.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Officers believe Bouyer knowingly filed a false larceny report, saying someone had made unauthorized withdrawals from her bank account.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Following processing, Bouyer was released with an appearance ticket for Watertown City Court on November 24th.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In August 2007 Bouyer was arrested after her 3-year-old child was found unattended, playing outdoors. A few days later she was arrested on a marijuana charge.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Horning&lt;/span&gt;, 45, of 20234 County Route 63 was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Harassment 2nd Degree &lt;/span&gt;when he was served a criminal summons at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday by Watertown police.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The summons was issued in connection with an incident at the Blockbuster store on Arsenal Street in Watertown on October 3rd involving 36-year-old Andrea Jo Morgia of &lt;br /&gt;6149 State Route 3.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;On Monday city police served a criminal summons to Morgia for her involvement in the same incident. The summons charged her with Harassment 2nd Degree as well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Horning is to appear in City of Watertown Court on November 14th.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A Watertown couple was arrested Sunday when they turned themselves in at the PSB in connection with shoplifting accusations.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Kevin P. Beach Jr.&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;21, and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Christina Mae Beach&lt;/span&gt;, 26, both of 414 Clay Street, apt 4 were each charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Petit Larceny&lt;/span&gt; for the alleged theft of items at Kinney Drugs on State Street last week.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mr. Beach is accused of stealing a 30-pac of Keystone Light beer while Ms. Beach is accused of stealing a one package of Swiss Miss hot chocolate mix. The thefts occurred on Tuesday at about 8:00 p.m.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Following processing, Mr. and Ms. Beach were each released with an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on November 19th.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A Fort Drum soldier, already incarcerated in Jefferson County Jail, was arrested Wednesday on a new charge.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Donald L. Hamill Jr., &lt;/span&gt;19, of 10508 5th Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum is now charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree&lt;/span&gt; in connection with a stolen motorcycle.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Investigators accuse Hamill of having a 2004 Honda CRF 250 dirt bike belonging to another Fort Drum man, William B. Brown, who is also a resident of 5th Armored Division Drive. The motorcycle is valued at $2400.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hamill remains in county jail. He was scheduled for arraignment on the new charge in Watertown City Court this morning.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;According to information in the Watertown PD arrest report, more charges against Hamill are pending grand jury action.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hamill was arrested on October 24th&amp;nbsp;in connection with a stolen all-terrain vehicle.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Main Street was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Harassment 2nd Degree&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Endangering the Welfare of a Child&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Unlawful Possession of Marijuana &lt;/span&gt;when at 11:00 p.m. Wednesday.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;City police investigators say James was involved in a physical dispute with his girlfriend, Christan Ann Gebo of Carthage, at about 3:30 p.m. at a Brainard Street apartment.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ms. Gebo was pushed to the floor and hit in the face, allegedly by Gebo. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A glass smoking bowl with residue and a candy tin containing marijuana were found in James’ pants pocket when he was taken into custody.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;James was transported to the PSB and held pending arraignment this morning in City of Watertown Court.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A Watertown man treated for a broken bone is facing multiple charges after a phony name was used at a doctor’s office.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Jeremy Michael Fanelli-Cressman&lt;/span&gt;, 31, of 359 Franklin Street was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Criminal Impersonation 2nd Degree&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Menacing 3rd Degree&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Falsifying a Business Record&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Violation of Parole &lt;/span&gt;when he was arrested Wednesday night.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Watertown PD investigators say the name Jason Williams was used by Fanelli-Cressman on October 8th and again on Wednesday in an attempt to defraud North Country Orthopedic Group at 300 Franklin Street where he had been treated for a broken leg.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fanelli-Cressman is also accused of grabbing his girlfriend, Patricia Oatridge, and placing her in a choke hold during an incident prior to his arrest Wednesday night at about 11:30 p.m.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Police allege Fanelli-Cressman was in possession of 38.6 grams of marijuana in a backpack he was carrying.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fanelli-Cressman was transported to the Jefferson County Jail where he was held pending arraignment in City of Watertown Court this morning.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;According to the archives of the &lt;span style="font-style: italic"&gt;Watertown Daily Times&lt;/span&gt;, Fanelli-Cressman has ahistory arrests going back to at least 1994 when he was charged with dealing marijuana while a student at Indian River High School.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A Black River man is accused of ripping off another member of his household over the course of six days earlier in the month.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Bobby Joe Cota&lt;/span&gt;, 30, of 27634 State Route 283, lot 55 was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Falsifying Business Records&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Grand Larceny 4th Degree &lt;/span&gt;when he responded to the PSB Monday afternoon.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Watertown police investigators allege Cota forged checks, totaling approximately $1550, in the name of Katherine Cota. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The checks were cashed at Watertown Savings Bank beginning October 8th and continuing through October 14th.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cota was released after processing with appearance tickets for City of Watertown Court on November 6th.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Williams&lt;/span&gt;, 34, of 107 Brown Road, Brownville was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Assault 3rd Degree&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Criminal Mischief 4th Degree&lt;/span&gt; for the incident at about 7:45 a.m. at 1222 Coffeen Street on Wednesday.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Williams is accused of pushing Timothy C. Fox of Clayton to the ground, causing cuts to his face and hand. Pleasant Street, was charged with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Endangering the Welfare of a Child&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Aggravated DWI &lt;/span&gt;and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Under the Influence of Alcohol&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Prior to the arrests, an officer observed a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix make a wide turn from Arsenal Street on to Breen Avenue. According to the officer the driver then failed to signal as the car turned on to Cedar Street and pulled into the parking lot of the Travelodge.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The officer said the driver was seen hopping into the backseat and a backseat passenger hopped into the driver seat.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A 15-year-old female was also a passenger in the car.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After processing, Babcock and Parker were released to other people.
